The extension isn't opening! What do I do?
Please try the following:
Check to see if your Chrome browser is fully up-to-date. Update the your browser if a new update is available.
Uninstall the extension. Then reinstall it
Does the extension work with Arc or other Browsers
Basis was built to be used with Chrome.
It does work with Arc but there have been reports that it can be buggy.
We recommend using Chrome when using Basis.
